- I have always exercised but started working out with William through GroupX about 7 years ago. What I quickly realized is that the exercises once done to train for athletes could actually be fun, and the transformation and strength of my body as a result were an amazing bonus. Each class is different and William’s understanding of the human body and motion makes his training at the level above the competition.
