ZanyFit only recommends integrating several training modalities to make the most out of your functional training. We will target your body with an ever-changing assortment of challenges, each with the goal of improving physical performance. The goal is a stronger and more powerful body. Not brute strength, Not aerobic  capacity of a marathoner but strength, unstoppable endurance and mental fortitude of a warrior makes a family of ZanyFitters. First reps for ZanyFit were completed in December 2008.
